The attack will be triggered by a naval confrontation, just like the "Gulf of Tonkin" episode for those of you old enough to remember Vietnam. The US will claim a right to keep the gulf free to feed the American addiction to oil. These clowns will have to be cleared from the White House with SWAT teams.
Charlie Rose pitched softballs to somebody named Burns, an undersecretary of state (how low can you go), regarding Iran. Skepticism seems to be in short supply, again, just like the "run up" to Iraq. Pitiful and shameless pandering to power. Stick to the cultural stuff, Charlie, where your sucking up to the rich and/or powerful is harmless, expected, and almost charming.
